The proper romaji spelling would be Zhelati, as attested by the original Japanese posters shown at the first Japanese Zhelati event, but I decided to use the corrupted English dub spelling Jirachi instead to make this file easier to find for people not aware of Zhelati being the proper way to spell it. It's the russian word 'zhelat'', meaning 'wish'. Zhelat' rendered in Japanese becomes zira-ti.[/center]
